【注意事項、警示】

1. 使用前應仔細閱讀使用說明，按使用說明操作方法進行操作；

2. 本器械僅與完整皮膚接觸或間接接觸使用者；

3. 床與平台之間空隙不得超過15cm；

4. 操作時床與平台不得移動。   

患者從床轉至平台：

1. 将患者側躺；

2. 轉移闆的支撐部分在上，布套裙擺在下，支撐部分與裙擺的連接處朝向護理人員方向，放在患者身下；

3. 将患者放回支撐部分上；

4. 拖動把手至平台3分之1處，扶住患者肩挎部，拖至平台上；

5. 抽出醫用轉移闆，完成轉移。

患者從平台回至床上：

6. 将患者側躺；

7. 轉移闆的支撐部分在上，布套裙擺在下，支撐部分與裙擺的連接處朝向護理人員方向，放在患者身下；

8. 将患者放回支撐部分上；

9. 推動患者的肩挎部至平台上；

10. 抽出醫用轉移闆，完成轉移。
